Nathan Powell Foundation, Inc.
helps individuals living with spinal cord injuries access support that can improve safety, independence, mobility, and quality of life.
We understand that life after a spinal cord injury can bring unexpected challenges. Our goal is to help people move forward with practical support, compassion, and hope.
Durable Medical Equipment Assistance:
Our Durable Medical Equipment Assistance program helps individuals living with spinal cord injuries access equipment that supports mobility, safety, and daily living.
This may include items such as wheelchairs, wheelchair parts, cushions, shower chairs, transfer equipment, braces, hospital beds, and other medically necessary equipment.
Many of these items are expensive, and insurance does not always cover the full cost. Our goal is to help reduce that burden when possible.
Medical Bill Assistance:
Our Medical Bill Assistance Program provides financial support to individuals living with spinal cord injuries who are facing medical expenses related to their injury, treatment, recovery, or ongoing care.
Medical bills can place a heavy burden on individuals and families, especially when combined with the cost of equipment, therapy, medications, transportation, and daily living needs. This program is designed to help ease that burden by assisting with eligible medical expenses and helping individuals focus on their health, recovery, and quality of life.
