Nathan Powell Foundation supports people living with spinal cord injuries, paralysis, or significant long-term mobility limitations by considering limited assistance for eligible equipment and related medical expenses. Every request depends on eligibility, documentation, program fit, approval, and available funding.

Wheelchair equipment, batteries, repairs, replacement parts, and other eligible mobility-related items.

Eligible cushions and positioning items that support skin protection, comfort, and daily safety.

Transfer equipment

Eligible transfer devices and related equipment that may support safer movement and greater independence.

Medical & rehabilitation expenses

Limited help toward certain eligible medical or rehabilitation expenses connected to the qualifying condition.

Important: Assistance is limited and never guaranteed. Approved payments are generally made directly to a qualified vendor or provider whenever possible.

We aim to send an initial response within 3–5 business days after a complete application is received.

After a spinal cord injury changed Nathan Powell’s life at age 12, he experienced how difficult it can be to obtain equipment, resources, and support. He founded Nathan Powell Foundation so others facing similar challenges would know they are not forgotten.
